Call "0570-00-8139" or the abbreviated number "# (pound key) 8139" to connect you to the nearest JAF road service center. If you call from the mobile phone, PHS, or car phone, make sure the name of the expressway, the direction to which your vehicle is headed and marks on the kilo-post (a sign installed every 100m on both sides of the expressway that indicates the distance to either end of the expressway).
Or call from the roadside emergency phone. If you are a JAF member, make sure you ask for JAF when you call the road management companies on the phone because several providers in addition to JAF offer such services on the express way. If you call for a provider other than JAF, they will charge you for the services provided.
