- "Yumomi" (water stirring) is a way to lower the temperature of hot spring water to bathing temperature using 6-foot long wooden boards, and the act of stirring itself is even a form of exercise! At Netsunoyu Hot Spring, yumomi is performed together with a dance in the "Yumomi Show". There is also an area where you can try your hand at yumomi and experience the traditions of Kusatsu Onsen.
